Step 2: Permits & Preparation

Submission of Architectural Plans – We handle the submission of all finalized prints to your local building department for review.

Demolition (if needed) – If there's an existing structure, it will be safely removed to prepare for your new home.
Step 3: Foundation & Framing

Pilings Installation – Steel or timber pilings are driven to support your home’s foundation.
